The third part of the contest was a performance by the winners of the speaking competition. They were given a short time to prepare a short performance in English, which could be a song, a dance or a playlet. This part of the contest was a real showcase for their talents and they all put on a fantastic performance.

The contest was a great success and everyone enjoyed it. It was a fantastic way to improve our English speaking skills and we all came away feeling proud of ourselves. I personally found the question and answer session to be the most challenging but also the most rewarding part of the contest. It made me think quickly on my feet and I felt a real sense of achievement when I answered one of the questions correctly.
