My First Day at Middle School

Lunchtime comes and I am starving. The school cafeteria is filled with delicious food and I can smell it from a distance. I rush to get my food and sit down to eat. The food is so good that I finish it quickly and then go back to class feeling full and satisfied.

The rest of the day goes by quickly and before I know it, it is time to go home. I pack up my things and say goodbye to my friends. As I walk out of the school gates, I turn around and wave goodbye to my friends and teachers. It is time to go home, but I am not ready to leave my friends and this new school behind.

Today has been a great day at middle school. I have met new friends, learned new things, and felt a sense of belonging to this new school. I can't wait to come back tomorrow and continue my journey at middle school.
