The Little Red Hen
Once upon a time, in a small village, there was a little red hen. She loved to roam around the fields and scratch the ground with her beak. One day, while she was scratching, she found a lump of gold. She knew that this was something valuable, so she carefully picked it up and put it in her nest.
The next day, the little red hen woke up early with a plan. She wanted to use the gold to buy some supplies for the village. She left the nest and walked to the nearest market. On the way, she met an old owl. The owl said, "Good morning, little red hen. What are you carrying?"
"I found a lump of gold," said the little red hen. "I'm going to use it to buy supplies for the village."
The owl said, "That's a good idea. But remember, gold is valuable, so don't let anyone see it."
The little red hen nodded and continued on her way. She arrived at the market and bought all sorts of supplies: food, clothes, and tools. She was so happy that she could help the village with her find.
When she returned to the village, everyone was surprised and grateful. They said, "Thank you, little red hen! You've brought us so many good things with your gold."
The little red hen said, "It's my pleasure. I'm here to help."
And so, the little red hen continued to scratch the ground and find more gold. She used it to help the village grow and prosper. And everyone in the village loved her for her kindness and generosity.
Another day, while the little red hen was scratching, she found an old, wise owl. The owl said, "Good morning, little red hen. What are you doing?"
"I'm scratching the ground," said the little red hen. "It's my favorite thing to do."
The owl said, "That's good. But remember, there's more to life than just scratching the ground. There are other things you can do with your time."
The little red hen thought about what the owl said. She realized that she could use her time to help others even more than she was doing. She could use her skills to make things better for everyone in the village.
So, the little red hen changed her ways. She started using her time to help others and to do things that would make the village a better place. She became a role model for everyone in the village to follow. They all worked together to make their village a better place to live.
One day, while the little red hen was walking through the fields, she met an old, wise owl again. The owl said, "Good morning, little red hen. I see you've changed your ways."
"Yes," said the little red hen. "I realized that there's more to life than just scratching the ground."
The owl said, "That's right. Remember, you have a special gift: your kindness and generosity. Use it to help others and make the world a better place."
The little red hen nodded and continued on her way. She knew that she had a special gift that she could use to help others and make the world a better place. She was so happy that she could be a part of such a wonderful community that cared for each other so much.
